CHAPTER 369.
OF CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS.
AN ACT TO EXEMPT CERTAIN LANDS AND TENEMENTS OF ALL CHARITABLE HOMES FOR INCURABLES FROM TAXATION FOR COUNTY PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That lands and tenements to the value of Fifteen thousand dollars owned by any corporation or association which is used wholly or in part for charitable Homes for Incurables, shall be and the same are hereby declared to be exempt from all taxes, assessments, burdens or impositions whatsoever for county purposes.
