The President Pro Tempore has announced that the Senate will reconvene the 1st Special Session of the 153rd General Assembly on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 1:00 PM, for the purposes of considering legislation related to the extension of the deadline for property tax payments in New Castle County following the issuance of the Court of Chancery decision.
