Delaware General Assembly

The Senate stands in recess to the Call of the President Pro Tempore.

The President Pro Tempore has announced the following two pre-file dates in advance of the Senate convening the 2nd Session of the 153rd General Assembly on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

-Thursday, December 18, 2025 (Deadline to release bills to the Office of the Secretary: Wednesday, December 17 @ 4:00 PM)

-Thursday, January 8, 2026 (Deadline to release bills to the Office of the Secretary: Wednesday, January 7 @ 4:00 PM)
