Landlord Tenant Code
The Landlord Tenant code is a compilation of all Delaware Statutes concerning landlords and tenants. The document is published as a public service by the Division of Research, Legislative Council. Citizens with general questions about the Landlord-Tenant Code are encouraged to call the Consumer Protection Unit of the Attorney General's Office. The Attorney General's office does not, however, provide legal advice or representation to individuals having landlord-tenant disputes.
