GENERAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS.
AN ACT to amend Section 12 of Chapter 133 of the Revised Code of 1803.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
SECTION 1. That Section 12 of Chapter 133 of the Revised Code of 1893, be and the same is hereby amended by case, striking out in said section after the word "acquitted" in the first line thereof the following words: "or if he, being convicted, shall not be able to pay the costs."
