CHAPTER 95
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 31, DELAWARE CODE, REPEALING PROVISIONS RELATING TO TRANSFER OF CUSTODY OF A JUVENILE TO STATE BOARD OF CORRECTIONS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Title 31, Delaware Code, is amended by striking out all of the provisions of section 5123.
