AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 29, TITLE 24, DELAWARE CUM RELATJNG TO THE REAL ESTATE GUARANTY FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 2921(c), Chapter 29, Title 24 of the Delaware Code by inserting ", their administrative staff, and legal counsel," after the word "Commissioners" and before the words for expenses paid" as they appear in the last sentence of that section.
Section 2. This amendment shall become effective upon signature of the Governor.
