Section 1. Amend Section 8402(a), Chapter 84, Title 11 of the Delaware Code by deleting the number "10" appearing therein and inserting in lieu thereof the number "12".
Section 2. Amend Section 8402(b), Chapter 84, Title 11 of the Delaware Code by inserting the following between the phrase "Chief of the New Castle County Police Department;" and the phrase "the Superintendent of the Department of Public Instruction;" appearing therein:
"the Chief of the City of Dover Police Department; the Chief of the City of Newark Police Department;"
Section 3. Amend Section 8403(a), Chapter 84, Title 11 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word "six" appearing therein and inserting in lieu thereof the word "seven".
