AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT, BEING CHAPTER 276, VOLUME 65, LAWS OF DELAWARE, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED AN ACT TO REINCORPORATE THE TOWN OF GEORGETOWN" TO INCREASE THE MUNICIPALITY'S INDEBTEDNESS LIMITATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Paragraph 36, Subsection 1, Section 30, Chapter 276, Volume 65, Laws of Delaware, as amended by Chapter 74, Volume 67, Laws of Delaware, be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the words, "thirty-five percent (351.)" in the eighth line of said paragraph and by inserting therein the words, "forty percent (401.)".
Section 2. Subsection (b), Section 34, Chapter 276, Volume 65, Laws of
Delaware, as amended by Chapter 74, Volume 67, Laws of Delaware, be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the words, "thirty-five percent (351.)" in the second line of said subsection and by inserting therein instead the words, "forty percent (401.)".
