AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF NEW CASTLE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend
§
5209(e), Title 29, Delaware Code by inserting immediately after “municipality” all three times it appears therein, the following:
“and the Municipal Services Commission for the City of New Castle”.
