Delaware General Assembly

The next Out-of-Session Pre-File will be Thursday, March 5, 2026. Legislation needs to be released to the Chief Clerk no later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

The House of Representatives will reconvene at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
