CHAPTER 49.

OF THE GENERAL ELECTION.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 396, Volume so, Laws of Delaware, entitled, "An Act to further provide for the secrecy and *purety of the ballot."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That Section 3, of Chapter 396, Volume 20, Laws of Delaware, entitled "An Act to Further Provide for the Secrecy and *Purety of the Ballot" (*So enrolled) be and the same is hereby amended by striking out all of said section after the word "year" in the thirteenth line thereof, and inserting in lieu thereof, the following: such challenger shall be appointed by the respective county committees of the two leading political parties."
