OF COSTS IN CIVIL ACTIONS.

AN ACT IN RELATION TO THE TAXING OF COSTS IN CASES OF WRITS OF PROHIBITION OR WRITS OF MANDAMUS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That in all cases of writs of Prohibition or of writs of Mandamus, the costs of each case shall be taxed by the Court having jurisdiction of the cause, as it shall deem equitable and just.
