CHAPTER 54.
AN ACT to amend an act entitled "An act supplementary to an act entitled "An act establishing a College for Agriculture and Mechanical Arts," passed at Dover, March 15, 1869.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That of the act entitled "An act supplementary to an act entitled 'An act establishing a College for Agriculture and Mechanic Arts," passed at Dover. March 15. 1869, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out the word "thirty," where it occurs in the first section of the said act, and inserting instead thereof the word "ten from each county," so that the first sentence of the said section shall be made to read, that the number of students from each each county at any time shall not exceed ten from each county.
SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That the said supplementary act, passed March 15, 1869, as aforesaid, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out the word "annually" where it occurs in the second section of the said act.
