CHAPTER 227
Of the Supreme Court.
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 236, VOLUME 24, LAWS OF DELAWARE, BEING AN ACT ENTITLED "AN ACT TO FIX THE TIME FOR HOLDING THE SUPERIOR COURT AND COURT OF GENERAL SESSIONS IN THE SEVERAL COUNTIES OF THIS STATE."
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That said Chapter 236, Volume 24, Laws of Delaware be and the same is hereby amended by striking out of the tenth line of Section X of said Chapter the following words, viz.: "first Monday in June" and by inserting in said line of said Section of said Chapter in lieu of said words so stricken out the words, viz.: "first Monday in May."
Section 2. All Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
