CHAPTER 103.

AN ACT to amend Section 11 of Chapter 125 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware.

[SECTION 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That Section 11 of Chapter 125 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware be and the same is hereby amended by striking out amended, the words "dispensing licenses to retailers, one per centum, to be retained out of the amount received for duties," in the eighth and ninth lines of that portion of said section entitled "On Licenses," and inserting in lieu thereof the words "dispensing licenses to manufacturers and persons, associations, firms, or corporations engaged in or desiring to engage in the business of purchasing and selling produce, goods, wares and merchandise, or any other property whatsoever, the sum of twenty-five cents for each license, to be paid by the party applying for the same, in addition to the taxes to the State.
