CHAPTER 88.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 105 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware, entitled "Of the Survivency of Actions."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That Chapter one hundred and five of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware be amended by adding thereto the following:

SECTION 7. That an executor or administrator may be admitted a party plaintiff to a judgment in vacation, without scire facias, on application to the Prothonotary, by suggesting on the record the death of his testator or intestate.
