AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 157 OF THE REVISED CODE OF DELAWARE, 1935, RELATING TO THE STATE BOARD OF CHIROPODY, THE MEMBERS THEREOF, THE TERM OF OFFICE AND VACANCIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 157 of the Revised Code of Delaware, 1935, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out all of 5386. Sec. 2 of said Chapter 157 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
5386. Sec. 2. Board Established; Members; Term of Office; Vacancies:--There shall be established a Board of Chiropody Examiners for the State of Delaware. This Board shall consist of four members to be selected from registered and licensed Chiropodists of the State of Delaware. Said members shall be appointed by the Governor for terms of four years respectively and may be removed at any time for good and sufficient cause. Vacancies in said Board shall be filled by the Governor for the unexpired term.
