CHAPTER 307 - SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION

PROVIDING FOR REVIEWING, COMPILING, INDEXING AND ARRANGING THE REGISTRATION, PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTION LAWS OF THIS STATE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. WHEREAS, in his message to the one hundred and tenth General Assembly, Governor Walter W. Bacon recommended that the said General Assembly give, "consideration to, and make provision for, a full examination and accurate compilation of our Registration and Election Laws";

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Secretary of State be and he hereby is authorized and directed to make or cause to be made a full review, compilation and index and to cause to be printed the Registration Laws, the Primary Election Laws, and the General Election Laws of this State.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of three-thousand dollars ($3,000) be and the same is hereby appropriated Out of the General Fund of the State Treasury for the aforesaid purpose and the State Treasurer be and he hereby is authorized and directed to pay the said sum upon vouchers signed and approved by the Secretary of State.
