CHAPTER 280 - MOTOR VEHICLES REPEALING PROVISIONS RELATING TO OPERATORS' OR CHAUFFEURS'
LICENSES FOR THOSE OVER THE AGE OF SEVENTY-FIVE YEARS
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 165 OF THE REVISED CODE OF DELAWARE, 1935, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES BY REPEALING CERTAIN PROVISIONS APPLYING TO THE EXAMINATION OF APPLICANTS FOR OPERATORS' OR CHAUFFEURS' LICENSES WHO HAVE ATTAINED THE AGE OF SEVENTY-FIVE YEARS AT THE TIME OF SAID APPLICATION.
Be.it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 165 of the Revised Code of Delaware, 1935, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out and repealing Paragraph- (f) of 5597. Section 59 of said Chapter.
