CHAPTER 253 - JURIES REPEALING PROVISIONS EXEMPTING WOMEN FROM JURY DUTY
AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 237 OF VOLUME 33, LAWS OF DELAWARE, EXCUSING WOMEN FROM JURY DUTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 237, Volume 33, Laws of Delaware, be and the same is hereby repealed.
