CHAPTER 238 - GENERAL PROVISIONS RESPECTING THE POLICE INNS, THEATRES AND PUBLIC CONVEYANCES
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 100 OF THE REVISED CODE OF DELAWARE, 1935, RELATING TO INNS, THEATERS, AND PUBLIC CONVEYANCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 100 of the Revised Code of Delaware, 1935, be and the same is hereby amended by adding a new Section after Section 4069, to be known as 4069, A.
4069, A. Prosecutions for violation of any provisions of Sections 173 and 174 shall be tried in the Courts of this State wherein misdemeanors are triable, and the Municipal Court of the City of Wilmington shall have concurrent jurisdiction over all violations of said Sections occurring within the corporate limits of the City of Wilmington.
