CHAPTER 44 - APPROPRIATION - DELAWARE COMMISSION FOR THE BLIND
AN ACT APPROPRIATING MONEY TO THE DELAWARE COMMISSION FOR THE BLIND FOR EXPENSES FOR EACH OF THE TWO FISCAL YEARS ENDING JUNE 30, 1946, AND' JUNE 30, 1947.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That the sum of Twenty-two Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Dollars ($22,760.00) for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1945 and ending June 30, 1946, and that the sum of Twenty-two Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Dollars ($22,660.00) for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1946 and ending June 30, 1947 be and the same are hereby appropriated to the Delaware Commission for the Blind for the purposes set forth in 3054. Section 8 of the Revised Code of Delaware, 1935.
Section 2. That this Act shall be known as a Supplementary Appropriation Act and the funds hereby appropriated shall be paid out of the General Funds of the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
