AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT ENTITLED "AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE PROTHONOTARY OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE, IN AND FOR SUSSEX COUNTY, TO MAKE INDICES OF JUDGEMENTS IN MS OFFICE", BEING CHAPTER 106, VOLUME 46, LAWS OF DELAWARE, 1947, RELATING TO THE BEGINNING DATE OF THE INDICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Chapter 106, Volume 46, Laws of Delaware, 1947, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out the words and figures "from the April Term, A. D. 1862" wherever the same appear in said Section 1 of said Chapter and by substituting in lieu thereof the words and figures "from the April Term, A. D. 1900."
Section 2. That Section 2 of Chapter 106, Volume 46, Laws of Delaware, 1947, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out the words and figures "from the year A. D. 1862" where-ever the same appear in said Section 2 of said Chapter and by substituting in lieu thereof the words and figures "from the April Term, A. D. 1900."
