CHAPTER 176
RELATING TO NOTARIES PUBLIC FOR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 42, REVISED CODE OF DELAWARE, 1935, AS AMENDED, BY DELETING THE RESTRICTION UPON THE DUTIES OF NOTARIES PUBLIC APPOINTED FOR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 42, of the Revised Code of Delaware, 1935, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out and repealing the second sentence of the second paragraph of 1136. Sec. 1. thereof.
