CHAPTER 148
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 69, TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CONTRACTS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Section 6906, Title 29, Delaware Code is amended by adding a new sentence thereto to read as follows:
This Section shall not apply to any project or contract, any part of the cost of which will be paid by the United States Government, if the provisions of this Section are contrary to or inconsistent with any Federal statute, regulation or rule governing or applying to the Federal participation in the cost of such project.
