Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 1187, Title 30, Delaware Code, is amended by striking the words "one-third of one per cent for each month or fraction of a month" as they appear therein and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures "1/2 of 1 per cent for each month or fraction of a month".
Section 2. The provisions of this act shall become effective on January 1, 1966.
