Whereas, an election was
held in the State of Delaware, on
Tuesday, the third day
of November, in

hundred
and seventy, that
being the Tuesday next
after

first Monday

month, in pursuance of
the Constitution and
Laws
of the
State
of
Delaware, in

the election of an

GENERAL

of Delaw
are.
AND WHEREAS, the
official
certificates
or
returns, of the
said
election,
held in
the

of
the said State,

been duly received and examined by the Governor,
it
appears from them that the
votes in

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Russell W. Peterson, Governor of the State of Delaware, do hereby declare that W. Laird Stabler, Jr. has received the highest vote at the election aforesaid,

fore
has
been
and is duly
and
legally
elected the
ATTORNEY
GENERAL
of
and for
the State of Delaware.
