Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware (three-fourths of all the members elected to each branch concurring therein):
Section 1. The Marshallton-McKean School District is authorized to transfer the sum of THIRTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($13,000) from its Debt Service Account 95-28-000-81-00 to its Marbrook Construction Account 95-28-000-71-83 for the purpose of providing sufficient funds to complete the physical education enclosure at the Marbrook School.
