Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Section 608, (a) of Chapter 6, Title 29, Delaware Code, by striking the figure "2nd" as the same appears therein and substitute in lieu thereof the figure "8th".
Section 2. Amend Section 608 (b) of Chapter 6, Title 29, Delaware Code, by striking the figure "8th" as the same appears therein and substitute in lieu thereof the figure "2nd".
