AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 25, TITLE 16, DELAWARE CODE, BY REMOVING CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS ON THE PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES INTENDED FOR THE PREVENTION OF CONCEPTION OR VENEREAL DISEASE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section I. Amend Section 2503, Chapter 25, Title 16 of the Delaware Code, by striking in its entirety the phrase "and only to persons eighteen years of age and upwards" as the same appears at the end of the Section.
