AS AMENDED BY SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 66, TITLE 18, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO LINE OF DUTY "DEATH BENEFITS".
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §6601(1), Chapter 66, Title 18, Delaware Code, by adding thereto a new paragraph to be designated as paragraph (i) to read as follows:
"(j) Employees of the Division of Highways of the Department of Highways and Transportation employed in the job categories of equipment operator, labor foreman or laborer."
