AS AMENDED BY HOUSE AMENDMENT NOS. 1 AND 3
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 23, TITLE 30, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR MOBILE HOME PARKS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend paragraph (78) of §2301(a),
Title 30, Delaware Code by striking the words "mobile home park," as the same appear in the third line of said paragraph in their entirety and by adding to said paragraph at the end thereof a new sentence to read as follows:
"The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to mobile home parks."
Section 2. Amend Section 2301 (a), Title 30,
Delaware Code, by adding thereto a new paragraph (87) to read as follows:
"(87) Mobile Home Park, $50. Includes every person engaged in the business of providing space and facilities for rent or lease to owners of mobile home units on a permanent or semi-permanent basis."
Section 3. This Act shall take effect on January 1, 1977.
