AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 51, TITLE 30, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO MOTOR FUEL TAX LICENSES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §5104, Chapter 51, Title 30,
Delaware Code, by striking the second sentence of said section and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"Such license shall expire on the 30th of June next following. Every distributor desiring to continue as a distributor shall apply for and procure a license before the first day of July each year."
