AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 21, TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO INSPECTION OF SMALL TRAILERS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §2143, Chapter 21, Title 21 of the
Delaware Code by adding a new subsection (d) to said section, which shall read as follows:
"(d) The Department shall waive the requirement for inspection for those small trailers with a gross weight of vehicle and load of 4,000 pounds or less, which are not required to be equipped with brakes."
