Section 1. Chapter 351, Volume 60, Laws of Delaware, also known as House Bill No. 937 of the 128th General Assembly, is hereby amended by striking the word "additional" as the same appears between the words "any" and "issue" in the paragraph entitled "FOURTH" of Section 1 and said paragraph is hereby further amended by striking the word "capitol" as the same appears therein between the words "shares of" and "issued" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "capital stock".
