AN ACT TO PERMIT THE NEW CASTLE GUNNING BEDFORD SCHOOL DISTRICT TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS FROM ITS LOCAL DEBT SERVICE ACCOUNT TO ITS LOCAL EXPENSE ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO REPLACE THE HEATING SYSTEM AT THE WILMINGTON MANOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware (three fourths of all members elected to each branch thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. The Board of Education of the New Castle Gunning Bedford School District is authorized to transfer the sum of $220,000 from its Local Debt Service Account to its Local Expense Account. The sums herein transferred shall be used to replace the heating system at the Wilmington Manor Elementary School.
Section 2. Any funds transferred pursuant to this Act and not expended for the purposes herein specified shall be redeposited in the Local Debt Service Account.
