AN ACT TO AMEND §5528, CHAPTER 55, TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO SURVIVOR'S PENSIONS BY PROVIDING FOR SUCH PENSIONS TO BE PAID TO WIDOWERS ON AN EQUAL BASIS WITH WIDOWS.
Section 1. Amend §5528, Title 29, Delaware Code, by striking the phrase "dependent widower" from subsection (c) (2) thereof, and substituting in lieu thereof the word "widower".
Section 2. Further amend §5528, Title 29, Delaware Code, by striking the words "widower or" from subsection (e) thereof.
