AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER III OF CHAPTER 11, TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO VOTING PROCEDURE ON ORDINANCES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §1150(c) of Subchapter III, Chapter 11, Title 9, Delaware Code, by inserting the word "alphabetical" immediately after the word "by" and before the word "roll" as the same appears in the first sentence of said paragraph (c).
