WHEREAS, the Title XIX Medicaid reimbursement rates have not been recently increased; and

WHEREAS, the cost of running our State institutions has increased in recent years; and

WHEREAS, such Title XIX matching funds would increase the revenue potential to the State.

NOW, THEREFORE:

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:

Section 1. The Department of Health and Social Services is hereby appropriated $235,741 for the purpose of raising Title XIX Medicaid reimbursement rates for the period February 1, 1975 to June 30, 1975.
