AN ACT MAKING A SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION TO THE OFFICE OF COMMISSIONER OF ELECTIONS TO CARRY OUT THE PROVI - SIONS OF CHAPTER 580, VOLUME 59, LAWS OF DELAWARE, THE CAMPAIGN FINANCING AND DISCLOSURE ACT OF 1974.
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $6,101.37 to the Office of the Commissioner of Elections to pay for extraordinary expenses involved in carrying out the provisions of Chapter 580, Volume 59 Laws of Delaware, the Campaign Financing and Disclosure Act of 1974.
Section 2. This Act is a supplementary appropriation and the funds appropriated shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of funds in the General Fund of the State of Delaware not otherwise appropriated.
Section 3. The funds hereby appropriated shall be used only for the purpose specified herein and any funds remaining unexpended on June 30, 1975, shall revert to the General Fund.
