AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 7, TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE SALARY OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §710(c), Chapter 7, Title 29, Delaware Code, by striking said subsection (c) in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(c) The Lieutenant Governor shall receive an annual salary of $10,500 for serving as President of the Senate plus an additional sum of $1,500 annually for performing his other duties, commencing with the day he assumes office."
