AN ACT MAKING A SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION TO THE APPOQUINIMINK SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING DONALD WALKER WHO HAS BEEN SELECTED AS DELAWARE'S PARTICIPANT IN AMERICA'S YOUTH IN CONCERT WHICH WILL RENDER CONCERTS IN ITALY, AUSTRIA, SWITZERLAND, FRANCE AND ENGLAND DURING THE MONTH OF JULY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:

Section 1. The sum of $1,000 is hereby appropriated to the Appoquinimink School District for the purpose of helping to underwrite the expenses of travel, food, housing, and music fees for Donald Walker of Middletown High School who will represent Delaware in America's Youth in Concert tour of Western Europe during the month of July.

Section 2. This is a supplementary appropriation and the funds hereby appropriated shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of funds in the General Fund of the State of Delaware not otherwise appropriated.
