Section 1. There is hereby appropriated to the State Lottery Fund the sum of $77,400 for the purposes of paying the present outstanding debts and unfunded obligations of the State Lottery.
Section 2. This Act shall be considered a supplementary appropriation and monies appropriated shall be paid from the General Fund of the State Treasury from monies not otherwise appropriated.
Section 3. If any of the funds herein appropriated remain unexpended or unencumbered on June 30, 1975, such funds shall thereby revert to the General Fund of the State Treasury.
