AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 1154, TITLE 30, DELAWARE CODE, TO REQUIRE MONTHLY DEPOSIT OF INCOME TAXES WITHHELD BY EMPLOYERS WHERE THE AMOUNT EXCEEDS $10.00.
Section 1. Amend Subsection (c), Section 1154, Title 30, Delaware Code, by striking the words "exceeds $200" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "exceeds $10".
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall apply to amounts withheld by employers on and after April 1, 1975.
