AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, TITLE 5 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE STATE BANK COMMISSIONER.
Section 1. Amend 3103, Title 5, Delaware Code, by substituting the phrase "State Bank Commissioner" for the phrase "Secretary of Administrative Services" wherever it appears therein.
