AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 16, TITLE 16, DELAWARE CODE, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 1608 RELATING TO ENFORCEMENT OF THE LITTER CONTROL LAW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 16, Title 16, Delaware Code, by adding thereto a new Section 1608 to read as follows:
"§1608. Enforcement
All law enforcement agencies of the State, including enforcement personnel of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, shall have authority to enforce the provisions of this Chapter."
