AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 8, SECTION 391, DELAWARE CODE REGARDING TAXES AND FEES PAYABLE TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR CERTAIN NON-PROFIT CORPORATIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Amend §391(a), Title 8, Delaware Code, by adding thereto a new subparagraph (19) to read as follows:
"(19) In the case of religious, charitable, or other non-profit corporations organized under the Laws of the State of Delaware, the total fees payable to the Secretary of State upon the filing of a Certificate of Change of Registered Agent and/or Registered Office shall be $5.00."
