AS AMENDED BY HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 17, TITLE 24, OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO OUT OF STATE EMERGENCY PARAMEDICS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend $1703(e), of Chapter 17, Title 24, Delaware Code by adding a new sub-paragraph 8 to read as follows:
"(8) Any person from rendering medical, surgical or health services who is functioning as a member of an organized emergency program which has been approved by the Board of Medical Practice of the State of Delaware, who has successfully completed an emergency medical course, and who is acting under the supervision and control of a physician or surgeon licensed to practice medicine in a state contiguous to the State of Delaware."
