AN ACT TO AID WILMINGTON MANOR VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY, INC., BY MAKING AN APPROPRIATION THEREFOR.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Three-quarters of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars (116,000) is appropriated to the Wilmington Manor Volunteer Fire Company, Inc., to be used to reimburse the Wilmington Manor Volunteer Fire Company, Inc., for improvements to the curbs and shoulders on Route 13 In front of the Wilmington Manor Volunteer Fire Company, Inc.
Section 2. This Act is a supplementary appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1980, and the monies appropriated shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of monies in the General Fund of the State of Delaware not otherwise appropriated.
